If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The data entered in the form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. retention periods) remain unaffected. 

**(6) Newsletter** 

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information. The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. **(9) Google reCAPTCHA** 

We use Google reCAPTCHA (hereinafter referred to as reCAPTCHA) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). 

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data is entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website by the website visitor or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. 

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place. 

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its website from abusive automated spying and SPAM.

We use the service called Google Tag Manager from Google. “Google” is a group of companies consisting of Google Ireland Ltd (provider of the service), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and other affiliated companies of Google LLC. 

 

We have concluded an order processing contract with Google. Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and processes personal data itself only for technically necessary purposes. The Google Tag Manager ensures that other components are loaded, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Please note that American authorities, such as intelligence agencies, could possibly gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google when this service is integrated on the basis of the Internet Protocol (TCP) due to American laws such as the Cloud Act.

Microsoft Clarity is an analysis tool that provides statistics on website usage, session recording and heat maps.

** (12) Leadinfo** 

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. This recognises visits from companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies to evaluate user behaviour on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) in order to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve the services. **(13) UTM parameters** 

We use UTM parameters for certain marketing activities. The UTM parameters allow us to add trackable extensions to your URLs. This allows us to analyse the success of our marketing measures. The parameters are:

– source: We use this UTM parameter to define the source of the link. This can be newsletters, websites, apps or social media channels 

– campaign: The actual campaigns are labelled with this type of UTM parameter. 

– term: Within a campaign, we insert various keywords to be tracked in order to clearly identify them and analyse them separately

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) for web analysis, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, (“Matomo”) using cookie technology. The protection of your data is important to us, which is why we have configured Matomo so that your IP address is only recorded in abbreviated form. We therefore process your personal usage data in anonymised form. It is not possible for us to identify you personally. ** (15) Pipedrive web visitors** 

 

We use the web visitor function of the CRM system of Pipedrive OÜ (Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia; “Pipedrive”) to further optimise our website and our range of services. The web visitor function is committed to full compliance with the GDPR. The web visitor tracker collects data via Pipedrive’s Amazon Web Services infrastructure. The data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Pipedrive collects the behavioural data of all website visitors, including the pages visited, the visitor source and the time spent on the website. The visitor’s IP address is recorded to identify the company and geographical location. We only have access to visitor data from companies and all users with a private IP address are automatically filtered out. It is not possible to assign IP addresses to individuals. We have concluded an order processing contract with Pipedrive.
