Yes. Every session automatically produces a clean multilingual transcript. Each enabled language gets its own searchable transcript with timestamps, speaker labels (where audio quality allows), and links back to the recording.
Most Internal Comms teams publish a summary on the intranet within 30 minutes of the session ending. Transcripts can be delivered to a shared drive (SharePoint, Google Drive) or pushed via webhook to your in-house automation.
Upload a custom dictionary once: executive names with phonetic spelling, product codenames, internal acronyms, sponsor brands. The dictionary is applied across all translated languages from the first sentence — no warm-up period.
Most corporate-comms customers maintain a rolling dictionary that grows over time. Updating it is a CSV import or a paste in the UI; changes apply to the next session, not retroactively.
Recurring sessions are typically billed under a subscription model that covers a fixed number of session-hours per month, with predictable per-hour overage for ad-hoc sessions (SKOs, investor days, crisis comms). Per-event pricing is also available for one-off engagements.
Custom dictionary updates, transcript delivery and DPA terms are included in the subscription — not metered separately. Quotes are provided after a 15-minute demo call.
