Does it integrate with Microsoft Teams and Zoom?

Yes. The platform embeds live captions directly into Microsoft Teams Live Events, Zoom Webinars and Webex Events as a subtitle track. Employees use the standard closed-captions menu in each platform to pick their preferred language — no separate app, no plug-in.

For in-house RTMP studios (vMix, OBS, Wirecast) the same caption stream is available as an HTTP overlay or as a standard subtitle track.

Is internal audio (Q&A, sensitive topics) processed privately?

Yes. All audio and transcripts are processed on EU-hosted servers operated by VIDEO.TAXI (TV1 GmbH, Germany). No audio leaves European infrastructure.

A standard Article-28 GDPR Data Processing Agreement is available before the first session, including sub-processor list, technical and organisational measures (TOMs), and breach-notification SLA. Recordings and transcripts can be auto-deleted on a configurable retention window — including immediate deletion for particularly sensitive sessions like layoffs or M&A briefings.

Can we get a transcript after the town hall for employees who missed it?

Yes. Every session automatically produces a clean multilingual transcript. Each enabled language gets its own searchable transcript with timestamps, speaker labels (where audio quality allows), and links back to the recording.

Most Internal Comms teams publish a summary on the intranet within 30 minutes of the session ending. Transcripts can be delivered to a shared drive (SharePoint, Google Drive) or pushed via webhook to your in-house automation.

What about product codenames and exec names that AI tends to mis-transcribe?

Upload a custom dictionary once: executive names with phonetic spelling, product codenames, internal acronyms, sponsor brands. The dictionary is applied across all translated languages from the first sentence — no warm-up period.

Most corporate-comms customers maintain a rolling dictionary that grows over time. Updating it is a CSV import or a paste in the UI; changes apply to the next session, not retroactively.

How is pricing structured for recurring monthly all-hands?

Recurring sessions are typically billed under a subscription model that covers a fixed number of session-hours per month, with predictable per-hour overage for ad-hoc sessions (SKOs, investor days, crisis comms). Per-event pricing is also available for one-off engagements.

Custom dictionary updates, transcript delivery and DPA terms are included in the subscription — not metered separately. Quotes are provided after a 15-minute demo call.

Can employees ask Q&A questions in their own language?

Yes — this is one of the most-used features in corporate comms. Audience questions, whether typed in chat or spoken on the call, are auto-detected and translated for both the executive answering and every other listener tuned into a different language.

There is no manual language selection for the asker. It works in Teams, Zoom, Webex, in-room roving mics during hybrid town halls, and chat-based AMAs.
